Dale and his team did a brilliant job removing 3 reasonably sized trees from my property, one of which was directly adjancent to a busy A-road. The price was very fair, he checked with the council for TPOs and ensured everything was above board, no fly by night here and the high standard of work continued. They turned up bright and early, got on with the work quickly, politely and cheerfully, and cleared up the site very nicely. Was also happy to see they made neat work of the stump edge and even cleaned up a few other bits around the garden. There was a large Sycamore and two large (to me, but actually small!) Eucalyptus trees. I kept the wood for my log burner, and they left it in neat stacks. We went out for some lunch in the afternoon and returned to find everything completed. I recently decided to have a section of my back garden adapted for easier access with the introduction of raised beds and narrow gravel paths; and to this end I contacted Coastal Tree Care. Dale came to see me to discuss the project and to provide estimates for this and a few other smaller jobs that required attention in both my front and rear gardens. As others have commented, I too found him to be particularly friendly, knowledge and helpful in planning the schedule of work. The main project took several days to complete and on each morning he and his team arrived very punctually and immediately started to work - I would add that Dale himself worked with impressive speed and stamina. During the process I commented to Dale - in response to a remark he’d made to me - “I’m not a perfectionist - but I certainly want a job done properly”….. Dale and his team definitely did that. Cannot praise Dale and his team highly enough after they rejuvenated our once tragic but now beautiful old apple trees earlier in year and then felled a row of massive leylandii for us this week.
